Gilding, Gold Plated, Vermeil
Thanks to a controlled electrolytic process, a thin layer of gold is deposited on a metallic base — brass, pewter, silver, etc... — to offer an elegant and durable finish.
Micronor TS decoration is committed with its own guarantee stamps, stamped by French customs, for Gold Plated (mini 3µm) and Vermeil (mini 5µm).
- Yellow gold color panel: 05N, champagne gold, rosé champagne gold, 1N, 2N, 3N
- Thicknesses: from flash (0.2µm) to vermeil 5
- Title: 14K to 24K depending on thickness
- Finish: shiny or satin
Silver, Palladium, Ruthenium
Thanks to a controlled electrolytic process, a thin layer of precious metal is deposited on a metal base — brass, pewter, silver, etc... — to offer an elegant and durable finish.
- Color panel: Silver, Palladium, Gray Ruthenium, Black Ruthenium
- Thicknesses: Variable depending on the metal, possibility of making 10µm Silver Plated
- Finish: shiny or satin
Cataphoresis lacquer
Developed by the team since July 2025, this process, which is completely transparent, invisible and imperceptible to the touch, aims to reinforce the longevity of the gilding finish produced by electrolysis treatment.
Consequently, this cataphoresis lacquer (or e-coating) makes it possible to reduce the thicknesses of gold, and therefore the cost of deposited gold, while maintaining the durability of the part over time as best as possible.
